I have had Don's work my yard for over a year and had been pleased with the results. Cancelled service a few months ago but renewed on a 3 visit plan. They came by recently and sprayed my yard with a pre-emergent and the result is lots of dandelions (see photo above). It was only a small part of the yard but when asked to come out and spray this part of the yard, I was told that I had to be on the 5 or more applications plan. Regardless of the policy, this is obviously a bad application but they refused to come out and make it right.
