Dogs and Divas Pet Grooming

I love this place so much .I got there at 6 pm on the dot. They excepted my dog fluffy. I got him back with a full hair cut, bath,nails ,and ears done. I only paid 55 dollars ; I was in and out in 1 hour. Thank god for this place. I don't know what the other people in this list are talking about. This place have been doing the same thing since I got fluffy in 2004 .Thanks so much dogs and divas more

It deserves no Stars! I don't even know were to start! This is the WORST PLACE!!! People please be aware of this Shop. I took my Little dog on December 2010 for pet boarding services for 9 days at $20.00 a night. I took my dog on 12/29/2010 and on 12/31/2010 the owner stated he had lost my dog!! He never called my Mother-in-law to let her know what was going on because I had left her number as an emergency contact because I had made it clear to them I would be out of the country the owner couldn't careless! On the day of my boyfriend picking up my Dog which was on 01/06/2011 he had called early to let them know to get all his stuff ready because he was going to pick him up in the afternoon, and that's when he was told of the horrible news, that they had lost my dog! We were told by the owner that he would need a picture to do some flyers of a ""Missing Dog"" with a reward! we went ahead and provided him the photo, he supposedly did them right away and I never saw them go up anywhere around the neighborhood he had stated that they were calling the shop c/o of the flyers posted on private trees in front of houses, etc.......and that's the reason why we didn't see them.After I c/o of not seeing the flyers up anywhere, he then posted two flyers, one inside, his shop! really? inside his shop! unbelievable! like if people were going to see it in there and the other one in the window of his shop. My boyfriend and me searched the area for a few days we even posted a flyer online and took some to animal shelters just in case somebody had found him and took him in.To this day we haven't found him or know of his whereabouts and to be sincere I just hope where ever he is, he is taken care of and is being treated good and is shown all the love he deserves because he was my baby! To this DAY the owner has not compensated me and my family for our lost, not even the 50% of the deposit I gave on the day of leaving my dog in the shop. I have taken legal action against the shop/owner without any result YET!! The owner didn't show any compassion, he is the most irresponsible person and I could keep on and on and wouldn't finish because I think their is no perfect word in this world to describe this person and his character! I'm truly devastated and I would never forget this very, very BAD EXPERIENCE in my LIFE!!! So if you are reading this review it pretty much tells you everything you should know about this shop! If I were you I wouldn't take my Pet to this shop for any type of service or even go in there to buy, any of their products!!! more

I took my cat yesterday to groom there (at 10am) when they open. I was told I will be called 2-3 hrs later to pick Scrooge up. The call never came, and I did read some very negative reviews about this place on other websites...now concerned already, I drive up Webster Ave. to check what's going on...I come in (@1:30PM) and the owner is ""chillin"" and chatting, when upon my asking for the cat, he tells me ""Oh, naaah we aint get to him yet, i need 2 people to do it""...I was shocked at the nonchalantness and no care, no concern , no hint of any other professional trait. GHETTO MESS!! He proceeded to tell me ""you can come back later, Saturdays are very busy""...later when?? What am I going to last all day driving from Bedford to Nereid Ave? I told him that unlike the neighborhood crowd I had a 9-5 Mon-Fri, and that's why he is open the weekends to accommodate people like me...not to mention I was there at 10:09 am (first in the store)...he said well i can come back tomorrow he will give me a discount? ARE YOU SERIOUS???? Oh, and the pricing ranges based on how he feels that day...When I initially called I was told it would be $65, yesterday $75 (which I did mention to him)...and obviously I paid nothing since he held the cat for almost 4 hrs in his carrier (without food/ water-which I didn't include thinking I will only carry him from point A to point B to groom and back home)... I had nothing to say (usually I would flip, argue etc..) But honestly I was just shocked and asked for my cat and left...Poor Scrooge was meowing, but was happy when I brought him home and opened the carrier... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET (and I'm only sayin this after I READ negative comments but thought I'd give this place a try). more
