Rude, Rude, Rude. You would think a company that is specializing in dog products would be a little more professional. Would never recommend them based on this. I got them impression that they think they are doing me a favor even though I am paying over $200 for the product. Save yourself the hassle and go to the links page on their website and try another company that may actually care about your dog and their problem and take the time to answer your questions and concerns. more

Overpriced, Inferior Construction and Zero Customer Service 2/21/2013

I purchased dog leggs for my yellow lab to prevent licking his hocs. The order took over 10 days to arrive. These dog leggs are such a poor design that one of the cheaply made fasteners came off the dog leggs in the first hour and a half. I called Dog Leggs and was told the manager, Lisa Fair, was in a meeting and will return my call. A week later no call was ever returned. Because they took so long to arrive, my dog now needs surgery. Save your time and money. $153 later I feel totally ripped off. Ask your vet for better options. more

Grossly over-priced, Rude customer service 9/10/2012

I have waited so long for the order to process that I ended up making my own out of the sleeves from an old turtleneck, padding, and velcro. The email response from customer service this morning was very snotty and immature -- really quite rude. Where I expected an apology and maybe even a discount, I received denial and attitude!! And, I'm still waiting for the Dogg Leggs to be shipped. more

Health of my pets 4/14/2006

One of my dogs suffers from calluses and I used to take them to the Vets. Now I just take them to DogLeggs and they get my dogs fitted with one of their superior products for treating calluses, Artritis etc. My dog is always ready and active after receiving their treatment with their products. It always works and I trust them a lot. Their service is excellent and they maintain their facilities very well. I would be more than willing to recommend them! more
