I had the worst experience. It took twice as long as they said it was going to take (one month, as opposed to a week and a half to two weeks). The customer service was terrible. They never called me or took any proactive steps to keep me informed on the status of my car, except in response to my calls to them, even to tell me on the day that I was supposed to get my car back that it was going to be another week (it ended up being another two weeks before I got my car back). When I finally did get my car back, there was a laundry list of sloppy mistakes, including broken glass rolling around in my ceiling from the shattered sunroof, dents and dings on the side of the car that had gotten in the accident, and a bent rim on my tire, and shoddily replaced door seals when they did fix the glass in the ceiling. The dents and the tire they ultimately refused to take responsibility for. The only reason they ended up fixing the tire was nepotism—the guy who’d recommended me to them has probably brought these people a dozen customers of the years, so the owner probably feels like he at least owes those customers something so he can keep getting more of his business. If you aren’t well-connected, though, and if you want good customer service and repairs done in a professional, timely manner, I do NOT recommend bringing your car here. more

went there for a bid on a bumper that was dented, they quoted me a price at about a third of two other shops, they just wanted to heat it and straighten it, and not charge me for a new OEM bumper, awesome! more

The first time was with our mini van that slid down an icy 3900 South and found a Denali...OUCH. The Green and Silver are a hard match, No problem for Dent Masters. The second time was for my wifes Z3 Roadster. It just needed some paint work and prettying up. AWESOME job. The third time was for another Z3 Roadster with a diffucult Cinnomin color, again, WOW!!! Brent and Curt are on top of their game. Always polite and happy. Nice to see that customer service is NOT DEAD in Saly Lake. more

When my parked Toyota Rav4 got hit in a drug store parking lot, I was very upset, to say the least. There was a huge dent to my rear bumper and the timing was horrible, since I was in the middle of moving. I was referred to Dent Masters, and I am very glad that I was. They were very nice, and were able to fix my car in 1 day! I was really amazed. It looks like it was never even hit. I feel so relieved and happy with their work, and would highly recommend them. more

Dent Master made my Audi looks brand new after my son ran in to the back of another car smashing the front end in. Now you cant even tell it happened. They were quick and easy to work with. Thanks guys! more

This has to be the best collision repair center in Salt Lake City. These guys were fast, friendly and easy to work with. I hope I never have a car accident again, but if I do, I'll take it to Dent Master of Salt Lake every time. more

I send everybody I know to them, and I have never had anybody come back to me and say they didn't like it. I know they will get taken care of there. Dent Master is totally professional. If you go to see them out there, they talk to you about what is going on with your car, what they can do for it, how long it will take, and if they say they are gonna call you, they call you. They care. They keep their promises, and they really care about what they do. I have my own business, and that's the kind of thing that makes a business successful. The quality of the work and the quality of the people dealing with you keeps you coming back. more

My experience with Dent Master has been wonderful. I was referred by a friend who has had work done there. They really stand behind there work. Very pleasant experience. It was rough getting into an accident to begin with and I was not sure how to handle things. Brent and Curtis at Dent Master took care of everything...all the way down to helping file the claim and offering to shuttle me home and back to pick up the car when it was done as a courtesy . They called and kept me updated on the repairs and when I came to pick up my car...they had washed and vacuumed the inside at no charge. Wow I was treated with such care and kindness. I recently took my jeep to get some repair work done on my front bumper, headlight and hood. It was the most painless and one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Brent (The owner) and his staff were helpful, nice and very informative. I can't say enough about how great they are at what they do and how they treated me as a customer. They helped with the rental car, made the calls to get me the rental and arranged my pickup time at the shop. Their employee Juan kept me up to date with their progress and always called me when he said he would. They delivered my car to me on time and dealt with my insurance directly. \r \r The repairs on my Jeep were flawless, my car looked brand new and beautiful! wow!! They do amazing work. They washed my car and even cleaned the interior, windows, ulphostery, dashboard, center console, floormats, windows were all super clean. They even replaced the bulbs on my brake lights - which had nothing to do with the damage on the FRONT of my car. :D \r \r Dentmaster kicks a$$! I can't say enough about how Impressed I was with the whole experience. It's such a pain having to deal with car problems... but I can honestly say that the team over at Dentmaster made this experience not only painless... but wonderful!
