Yup, that's how long Mr. Chan has been taking care of me. I have very straight hair which is tricky to cut and style, and I can honestly say that he is the only person who knows how to do either (I live in fear of the day he retires, but let's not think about that right now). He won "Best of Boston" a while back, and I know he's also received awards for his color treatments. I always get compliments on my hair, even on bad hair days - the secret is to let him decide what's best, although you should certainly let him know if you have strong feelings about bangs or length. I have heard very good things about the other stylists and services there, but I'm just there for a great haircut - I'll even go on nights when the Red Sox have a home game and there is no parking to be found :-)
