I was amazed with the customer service, the honesty,\r timeliness, and literally everything about this place.\r I had my Honda fixed during TX - OU weekend, and it has\r been running like a champ ever since. They charged me \r SO MUCH LESS than the jokers down the street from them.\r \r The guy who answers the phone totally knows his stuff too !!\r \r I will never go anywhere else now. Pros: Honest and smart and fair Cons: They don't serve you Latte while you wait more

Quick, reasonable repairs 1/6/2008

I took my 98 Honda to Dealership Alternative in December, after First Texas Honda said I needed around $1,800 in repairs. The guys at Dealership Alternative did all the repairs they First Texas said I needed and a few other maintenance things I needed to do -- all for less than half the cost. I went and checked out my new brake master cylinder after the job was done, and sure enough, actual Honda parts. They even took me to work when I dropped my car off.\r Cons: The place looks kinda run down. The waiting room is blah at best. But the service was good and quick, so I don't mind. \r I'll definitely be coming back. Pros: Smart staff, very reasonable prices, original Honda parts, drop-off Cons: Shop looks pretty run down more
