Giving them a one star, only because it won't allow zero stars! Worst company EVER to deal with!!!! Don't ever call them for ANYTHING!! They installed my new furnace and hot water...

Giving them a one star, only because it won't allow zero stars! Worst company EVER to deal with!!!! Don't ever call them for ANYTHING!! They installed my new furnace and hot water heater two years ago, and it's not ever worked properly. Ha...d the owner come out more than once and every time he had a different reason as what the problem was. Today he said he'd be out to look at it and never showed up. When we contacted him he hung up on my husband and I four times. Says he'll be out tomorrow. Not holding my breath! Customers BEWARE, go to a real company that will take care of you and treat you like a valued customer. $8000 in his pocket and he ran to the bank laughing. more

Dave did an amazing job resolving a difficult issue. My problem initially appeared to be routine, but it quickly became clear that it was more serious than originally thought. Dave took the time necessary to properly identify and fix the situation at a very reasonable cost. I was impressed by his professionalism and look forward to retaining his services in the future. more

Call Dave Roy first! 7/14/2013

I could have saved myself a lot of time and money if I had called Dave Roy first. There are good people in this world and Dave is one of them. He did exactly what he said he would do - replaced my leaking water heater quickly, expertly and without any price gouging. Did I mention he was able to do this on a Saturday with only 2 hours notice? I am very pleased with the workmanship, integrity and honesty he displayed. He educated me on what needed to be done so that I felt comfortable having him on the job. Many thanks to Dave and Jordan. I will definitely be calling this company first from now on. My search for a new plumber stops here. 7/1/2013

Changing plumbers is never easy. I found DE Roy Plumbing on Yelp. They came out immediately, fixed my problem, and didn't take me for a ride. They are good at what they do, honest and fair. I am so happy I found them. more

Lasting repairs 5/22/2013

D.E. Roy Plumbing & Mechanical worked on our septic system, bathtub motor, and shower drain systems. They were very good, and the repairs have bee lasting (which we appreciate). I would highly recommend them for repairs because they were easy to work with and knowledgeable. more

Overall excellent. 4/30/2013

D. E. Roy Plumbing & Mechanical did a very good job for me. They installed a large, heavy water heater in my home. The heater had to be put in the basement and it was very difficult to get it there. I gave them overall excellent ratings because they went out of their way to get that job done for me. I called them and sent them e-mails to see if I can get a receipt from them but they must be very busy. They provided great service, the only thing I am missing is my receipt. more

They're great. I've had them come to my house three different times now for different issues. They come, do the job, and this time he did a little extra more than what I had asked. They just come out and do the work with no problems. I'm happy to use them. more

Responsive when I needed them. 4/24/2013

D E Roy Plumbing & Mechanical replaced our water heater. We hired them through a warranty program. The service was good and the quality of work was excellent. I have no complaints. They were on call and came out after hours and weekends. Cheryl especially has been great. They do good work. more

Quality work at a fair price 10/25/2012

After getting repeatedly gouged by the big boys, I searched for a good, local, O&O for my plumbing needs. Very happy with D.E. Roy and his team. Friendly and reliable. Willing to work with the customer to reduce cost. Honest and straightforward. Thanks Dave, Kevin, and Simone. Great job. more

Terrible experience 8/5/2012

Poor work quality and service. Will bid low, but find ways to charge more. Pay a little more and get a reputable plumber to work on your home. Beware of this company and practices. Leaving leaks behind is acceptable for them. more

Excellent, timely service 6/28/2012

A puddle of water developed around my toilet on the 1 day I am home in between traveling. I needed to get a plumber over to fix it asap so I called D E Roy Plumbing & Mechanical. In no time someone was over to fix my toilet. Mark was very polite and knowledgeable. He took care of everything and went above and beyond my expectations. Job well done. Roy Mechanical even before that. Their service is excellent, and the quality of work is excellent. We wouldn't use anyone else. more
