I joined the local fire co. and needed a scanner. The guys told me he was the person to see. he took time to explain the differnt types of scanners. He took time to show me how each one worked. I ended up buying one that i used for years and years. I returned to his shop looking for a cb radio. he again took time to show me all the differnt cb radios, explained the features to me, after picking out the radio I wanted, he took time and left me try 5 differnt mics till I found the one that sounded best with the radio and my voice. He also recomended an antenna and after I installed everything he checked it out and tuned the antenna for free. I was shopping for a TV so i stopped by he took time and told and showed me the differnces between all the sets. I picked out a nice 27 inch tv he took time to show me how to set it up. you just dont get this kind of service anymore. My dad went there and purchaced a CB for his truck, Dave took time to make shure he got what he needed and showed him how everything worked. We both went back and got 2 more CBs from him one for my other truck and one for my dads car. He stands behind everything he sells and he tries to research the products before he orders them to make sure everyone gets the best product for the money. I also purchased other items from him and I have never been disapointed. he prides himself in going the extra mile to make sure you are getting quality items for a good price. He also does the repairs himself in most cases. I buy allot of items from him because of the way he does business. He is honest to a fault, there are times when I thought my radio was shot it was a few years old, I was going to buy a new one but he looked at the old one and fixed it for a few bucks turns out a mic wire came off at the plug. cost himself a sale of a new radio and saved me allot of money. my CB radio sounds so good that people want to know where I got it they want one just like it. thats saying something there.
Pros: Good parking, old fasioned service, services what he sells, bends over backwards to make coustomers happy.
Cons: Because he personaly take time with each coustomer to teach them and answer there questions some times it can take a while to get out of there
