Made Me cry on my birthday 3/17/2010

Well i decided to have my 19th bday here....wroong choice! When we got there they did not believe that we all were older than 18 so they gave a hard tiome about not having a parent. then they didnt get one drink rite or the food or the amount on the cards. Our waitress was rude and acted as if we were nobodys! then to top it off I asked for to go boxes and when we came back from playing all of our food was gone. and i gave the women $40 for my bill when it was like $27 and i never got my money back! my entire bday was ruined thanks to D&B I will never recomend them or go back! Pros: the food was good Cons: everything else more

Poor service, OKAY food (depending on choice) and unorganized operations 11/12/2008

On a Friday at 6:30 pm, we waited for 15 minutes to be greeted by our server. We then waited another 15 minutes to receive our drinks. Food was average. Some were finished before others received theirs. Server was friendly. At 7 pm we checked on bowling for later. They insisted no one could bowl or be on a list until after 9 pm. At 5 til 9, we were told we were 5th on the list waiting to bowl and given a buzzer. No complaints. At 10:30, we were told we were not on the current list, and a new person was taking requests. They did not care we had a buzzer that was not on a list anywhere. And, that he could not put us at the top of his new list. After speaking with a manger, he told us we would be next. Four lanes came available within the next tweny minutes and we were still not bowlling. After speaking with the attendant, he claimed he buzzed us and it did not go off. By this point, there was no line, but we did finally bowl. They are very unorganized and need to all follow the same procedure. In the last year, this was our third trip. I can say that I am glad we did not go the next night, when a gun was fired inside. Pros: Drinking and gaming is fun Cons: Poor operations, dangerous crowd, must wait for EVERYTHING more

Expensive drinks, horrible service, NASTY restrooms 9/29/2007

My husband and I frequented the place when it was Jillian's. It was always clean, service was fantastic. Drinks were still a little pricy but it was a good time. We havent been to Opry Mills lately and decided to visit with another couple last night. We walked in through the game room and all the way to the Dining room up front. We waited at the bar for 15 minutes. The male bartender completely ignored us even though he was working right in front of us. He waited hand and foot on the three ladies sitting next to us but never acknowledged us. Then the female came by and I said excuse me. She not so politely screamed at me. I moved over to a rail beside the bar and had a server order our drinks. We got our $5 beers very promptly from him. Our friends arrived and went to the bar and had the same treatment from the bartenders. So again the server took care of them too. Some seats came open at the bar. We were never acknowledged by the 2 bartenders. The server continued to bring us drinks and I must say he did a good job. I went to the ladies restroom, 3 toilets were overflowing, toilet paper was strung all over the floor, no paper towels, soap all over the counter tops. So wet I couldnt even set my purse down while I washed my hands, three of the doors didnt lock, one was kicked in. had a 3X2 hole in it. It looks like someone started painting the doors but didnt. Some were half blue with a few sloppy strokes of red, some were red, some were written all over. When it was Jillian's there were nice couches for mothers to sit on while nursing and things like that. Now there is nothing. Jillian's had bathroom attendants to supply soap, towels lotions etc. Now its just a big soapy mess with wet toilet paper everywhere. I told the young man working the hostess stand, and a manager I passed. I went to the restroom one more time before I left and it looked exactly the same, even a little worse. I wont be returning to Dave and Busters Pros: Fun place with alot to do Cons: Terrible service, very expensive drinks, almost $5 for a corona more

Best for Food & Fun ! 7/16/2006

Excellent find in Nashville. Happy hour 5 nights a week with drinks 1/2 price. Not to mention eat-n-play combos: HUGE full meal and a $10 game card for 15.99! Dining room service is EXCELLENT with some of Nashville's best servers working here. Definately worth checking out for a family outing, a date, or just a relaxing night by yourself. Pros: Servers & Happy Hour Cons: Mall Parking more

Arcade is great, food is excellent, service is Very Very POOR! 7/4/2006

My husband and I came here for some food and fun. We each got powerplay combos (dinner and $10 playcard for $15.99) which was an excellent value. Our food was absolutely delicious, everything on my plate was excellent! (I highly recommend the Lacy's chicken) The games were a lot of fun and the $10 play card gave us a good hour's worth of playing. Now onto the service. It was absolutely HORRIBLE. We were seated right away but waited for 15 minutes (seriously) for a waiter/waitress to even acknowledge us. Do NOT expect to get a smile out of any of the snotty waitresses either. We had a waiter eventually notice that we were not receiving service, so he took over for whoever our neglectful server was supposed to be. He apologized, but nobody else did, and a good manager would have. Again with the poor service... when we were out in the play room we went to the bar to get a drink. We sat at the bar and waited for over 5 minutes for a bartender to serve us, but the 2 bartenders were obviously too busy chatting eachother up to pay attention to us. We gave up and went into the mall to get a drink from a vending machine instead. Overall, we had a good time and lots of fun, just don't expect much as far as service goes. Pros: Food, Price, Entertainment Cons: Service and attitude. more

This Place is a Ball! 1/17/2006

This is one of our favorite hangouts where my stepson and I go to play games and goof off together. While we mostly play games while I enjoy a beer, the food is really good with a good selection if you choose to eat there. Because it's in Opry Mills, which is geared toward tourists, expect the prices to be higher than "on the outside". Restaurant service can be somewhat slow at times, but still reasonably quick when you take into consideration how busy the place is. Pros: Lots of fun things, Great atmosphere, Good/great service Cons: Somewhat pricey, Sometimes crowded more

  • In Short
This massive entertainment complex lures customers in with its arcade, then keeps them there by way of a spacious eatery serving pizza, pasta, burgers and finger food. Classic games like billiards, skeeball and shuffleboard are balanced by electronic counterpoints such as Ms. Pac-Man, Centipede and virtual-reality simulators that re-create an 18-wheeler ride or a Star Trek voyage. Of the two full bars, one comes with a 20-screen videodome designed for armchair quarterbacks.
