I am not a friend (although they treat me like one). I am a customer. I have shopped here for over 10 years. Fitness trainer and proprietor Dan is very knowledgeable about proper nutrition and vitamins with a good selection of quality products at reasonable prices. A small, vitamin, smoothie and fitness store with a friendly staff the way stores used to be. Try it. You'll like it. Pros: Small. friendly, knowledgeable. Great smoothies. more
