I lost 4 hours if work waiting! Don't use him, he not reliable. more

DO NOT USE 5/30/2019

This man came to our home because Samsung recommend him. He is a real charmer . Tells you any problems within 30 days he will be back at no charge. Well......he won't answer his phone. Called 5 times never answered. Samsung still continues to give customers his name. DO NOT USE!! Takes your money and runs. more

Samsung auth.repair 5/9/2019

The reviews of this business is totally correct. Scheduled once again, 2 times no show, and doesn’t return calls. Samsung continues to contract his business. And once he did show up, he had no idea what was wrong or how to fix it. Samsung had to replace my dryer once because of this so called crap. And I’m not going thru this hassle again. more

Dont use this company! 9/30/2018

Nice guy but does not call back. He came to my home to repair my washer said it needed a new motor and control panel. Said it would take a week to order. Came back said he repaired it and still does not work. We have called him and he does not call back. It's been a month and just now getting a new one. Dont have this man come and do work. Nice guy but horrible business man. more

Warranty company scheduled with this guy and he never called back, didn't have the respect to answer any calls, texts. this guy needs to be out of business. spent the entire day at home (had to take work off). useless........ more

Crook 3/2/2018

He was a no show twice then finally showed up to fix my Samsung freezer. Fixed it in Oct and 5 months later same problem. Now he wants to charge me again to fix the same problem. Samsung keeps recommending this guy. No more Samsung for me. more

No show and didn’t return calls 1/11/2018

He was scheduled to look at my washer through a Home Depot service contract. I took off work and wasted a day waiting, and he didn’t return my calls. I got HD to reschedule with another company. Now I see that this is typical. Not acceptable that HD uses this company for their service plans. more

Unacceptable 11/10/2017

Very similar experience to others. No response to numerous voicemails in response to repair. Also a Samsung contract. Why they continue to use him i cant say. Curtis get off their list already. Samsung apparently not his priority. more

Samsung Warranty Repair 7/11/2017

Warranty work needed on Samsung Refrig. Notified on 6/24/17 and as of 7/11/17 (19 days) have received one garbled voicemail. I left 5 messages with no response. Home Depot advised the part was shipped and received by him on 6/29/17 After a complaint HD set up an appointment through him for 7/10/17 HE WAS A NO SHOW On 7/11/17 a second repair facility was contacted. Steer clear of the company he has poor or no customer skills. more

If Samsung assigns this company to you, tell them ABSOLUTELY NO. This company doesn't return emails, doesn't return calls. At this point I have been 2 weeks without a working dryer under warranty because this company is a joke. more

This company was assigned and scheduled to repair my six month old refrigerator ice maker under warranty. He did not show, did not call, did not leave a message and has been unresponsive to my messages to reschedule. This has left me with very few options to resolve with Samsung Customer Service. more
