We stopped in on a busy night enroute from Austin to Dal. I was blown away by the service. They were packed and this is a big place. I was greeted at the door by a friendly hostess and seated in 60 seconds (family of 5)-- The menu was a refreshing change!! Great salads, pulled pork and some of the moth interesting burgers Ive seen. We tried the pulled pork cheddar fries with melted cheddar and some minced sweet peppers on top for an app-- TO DIE FOR!! I had the pulled pork sandwich and my wife had the ""PIT"" ( A cheddar burger with grilled ham and pulled pork). I have to say my sandwich was the best combination ever created (Slaw, pork, bbq sauce on Texas Toast) and my wife loved the Pit but had to take over half home it was so big. Our server was well versed in the over 100 draft beers and steered us towards some great local mocrobrews. After dinner, we were able to play darts and shuffleboard-- kids were in heaven. Open until 2 am, nice balcony to enjoy the summer breeze. Easy to see why this place is so successful. Wish there were one in Austin! Manager came to visit us and really made us feel at home. Probably 350 people in the place, but it seemed like everyone knew each other!
Pros: Cold beer, great service
Cons: Wish it were in Austin
