We thought this place was fine to live in while we were here except for the fact that they advertise having specific amenities available to residents and then they are not available. A few examples of these items include a hot tub that doesn?t heat up, their gym equipment (some of the exercise equipment is broken and doesn?t work/turn on), and a clubhouse that can be used for private parties (it is not available for private use at all). Some positive items about this place is that they do arrange for people to come in and provide family game nights at the clubhouse that kids can attend if they want and they also provide pest control any time you request it for your apartment if you have problems with bugs (we never did though). They do offer smoke-free apartments, but they are always full so it is difficult to get into the housing where people can?t smoke and in the apartments it is okay to smoke in you can really smell it through the walls if you have a neighbor who smokes.
