Craftsman Kitchens & Baths

We were in the middle of our kitchen renovation when the company producing our cabinetry went bankrupt. We searched the Las Vegas area for someone to help complete the job with no success. We were fortunate to find Kraftsman Kitchens who were willing to bring their talents to Las Vegas and give us back a kitchen. Justin delivered everything he promised on time and the cabinets, moldings and pillars they produced exceeded my expectations. Roger's craftmanship and attention to detail was meticulous. We love our new kitchen and would recommend Craftsman Kitchens and Baths to our friends and family. more

We had Craftsman Kitchens design and build a custom two sink vanity for our master bedroom. The end product was outstanding. They even helped with getting the custom sinks and granite top installed. We were so pleased with the first product,we had them design and install a custom library wall unit, again excellent work and craftsmanship, and are designing a custom desk unit and single sink vanity. They aren't the least expensive but the quality of the work and their service is worth it. more

My wife and I had some extra money and decided to get new cabinets. Justin at Craftsman Kitchens helped us out. He came out to our house and looked at what we had to work with. He was pleasant our entire time together and ended up coming out to our house 3 or 4 times. They were more than willing at every bump in the process to come out and correct it. They never brushed us off, even though the issues were small things like a nob on a cabinet. They always responded to our needs very speedily. Justin especially was responsive and great about getting back to us. The fit and finish of the cabinets are amazing. We had two installers, one who did most of the work and another who came out once. It was amazing that in this day and age they were all extremely helpful and professional. All of the guys were very clean cut, and they were precise with their tools and measurements. Craftsman Kitchens was not too big or too small of a company. They had the availability to always be on top of things, but they also did not take any shortcuts. The finishes and corner molds of the cabinets are great. The quality really is a huge step above large chain cabinets. I feel they really are one of the last true cabinet shops left. I would not recommend Craftsman Kitchens. I have had problems with my cabinets from day one and they refuse to make it right denying the problem. Other cabinet makers have confirmed that the cabinets were not quality, and should have been refinished. Craftsman would not only try to fix them, they would not even look at them. I would NOT recommend them. For the money, I would have been better off going to Lowes or Home Depot!! Pros: great showroom Cons: don't be fooled by the great showroom, the customer service is terrible. more
