Much better but still needs work 6/16/2010

I really like the location and price and it's nice that they are renovating the place finally but there is still quite a bit of work to do. The parking lot is in pretty bad shape but the manger told me that was on the list to repair. She is nice too. Pros: location, price, renovating Cons: parking lot more

Renovating & new management 6/15/2010

The new owners have been putting in a lot of money renovating this place. They finally got new roofs so they don't leak anymore, are replacing the handrails and stairs, siding, and painting the exterior. The place was run down but the new owner/manager is taking care of things and it's much better. All the bad residents are gone now so it's much more quiet. Being right of the interstate is great too. Pros: renovated, manager, location Cons: still needs some work more
