Vendor should be called clear imperfection. Had a windshield replaced and the installer damaged the windshield molding and the foam insulation around each door. Contacted vendor...

So glad my neighbor recommended Clear Perfection Windshield Repair to me. I have a very busy schedule and was so pleased of how well they worked with me. The receptionist was very pleasant and took care of me immediately. Due to my schedule it was hard to determine when I would be at home or work or school. We set an appointment for the next day and they came to my school to do the job so I missed no time from business nor school. Thank you Clear Perfection Windshield Repair! Poor quality and rude customer service 7/28/2009

Vendor should be called clear imperfection. Had a windshield replaced and the installer damaged the windshield molding and the foam insulation around each door. Contacted vendor to remediate damage but request fell to apathy, and out right rudeness from both the vendor manager and owner. Vendor refused to acknowledge damage or do anything about it. Filed a report with the Better Business B. and vendor responded with outright lies and fabrication. Pros: None Cons: Inferior workmanship and awful customer service more
