City Mortgage provides mortgage services for consumer. It is an established business and may have a lot of customers. I think they must have provide certain kind of good services to continue business this long. However, the one time that I tried to get quote, I got burnt. I might just catch the loan broker Christine Chen on a bad time, but I was afraid to call her back after that. I was asking for a rate quote and I was quoting her another broker's quote on the phone. She was very rude and basically told me that the rate is unattainable. On the phone, she sounded so mad at me for asking a rate quote. And I was courteous throughout the phone call.
