You won't confuse Ching Hwa with much better Chinese restaurants in major cities such as Chicago, New York, or Seattle, either on service or food, but it's not bad at all for the Milwaukee area. Service can be spotty. Some of the staff are really pleasant and helpful, while others have a major chip on their shoulder. The food is actually pretty good, although it's probably a good idea to not get there right when they open for dinner, as they have a tendency to just warm up the leftovers from lunch to start. The seating, although rickety, is reasonably comfortable for the most part, and the decor is exquisite. Mostly recommended overall.
Pros: food, decor
Cons: service
