Chick-fil-A is an undiscovered treasure here in Salt Lake! I grew up with Chick-fil-A in the southeast, where you can find them on every other corner. The sandwiches are delicious! Marinated chicken breast, lightly fried or grilled on a buttered bun with pickles. Simple and tasty! Their waffle fries are the BEST! It's too bad that the only location in the northern Salt Lake County (the other is in Sandy), is at the Crossroads Mall. The foodcourt at Crossroads is fairly dark and uninviting, but it's worth the trip for a great chicken sandwich.
