This tiny, grubby little place has the best Korean seafood pancake (pa jun, or pajeon, or pajeon) that I've ever eaten, and I love the dish, so I order it whenever I'm in a Korean restaurant. The texture is kind of chewy most places, and that's not a bad thing, but Chang Ahn Jung's version is frothy and light, like some kind of ethereal combination of an omelet, a chowder, and a souffle. I liked everything else I ate there too, but it's the seafood pancake that will bring me back again and again.
Pros: delicious food
Cons: scruffy atmosphere
