The waffles are excellent; once you catch scent of them, your mouth will water. There are a few businesses that make these waffles, but this bakery in particular is the best in the area...and SoCal. The cakes are pretty good, light, flavorful, not too sweet, and best of all, very well priced. The downside might be communication with the staff, most are ESL, unless you speak Vietnamese, Spanish, or Chinese, you might have some difficulty. The flan is good as well.
