I called up their office to make mine and my husband's 6 months appointments one month ahead (April) of the six months deadline (May). I was then informed that our dentist has left the group and that we needed to see another dentist. I didn't mind at all, but the woman on the other line then informed me that I couldn't make an appointment for either one of us until September with any of their dentists. I asked her to recheck the schedule again and look for any available dates since it's only April. To which the woman dismissingly replied, ""There's no other available dates! We are too busy."" I then replied that I might have to go to a different dental group because that's a little too long to wait. To which the other lady replied, ""Okay"" and hanged up. About a week later, they called my husband and informed him that I was scheduled to see another dentist on May 29th. A schedule I had made and didn't recell when I first went into their office 6 months ago. I called and talked to their front desk why they had failed to inform me of my prior schedule and why I and my husband were denied to see a dentist until September for our 6 months cleaning. The woman simply replied with, ""That schedule was in another screen."" When I told her that was a rather disappointing customer service. She simply replied with a question: whether I wanted to keep my May 29th appointment or not.
This is by far the worst dental customer service I have ever received. Your reception/front desk staff display a NO CARE ATTTITUDE towards your clients with no apologies. You receive one star for the nice dentist I met who has now left your group. My husband and I are glad to be leaving your dental group as well.
