DO NOT USE CC AIR. They have the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. When I tried to renew my service agreement, they refused, and I was flat out told that they did not want my business, despite having an excellent history with them (and my father held their service agreement for over 20 years.) I cannot begin to fathom how they are still in business with this level of customer service. more

I thought the first appointment would be to have the work discussed completed. But instead was only to do an estimate. The tech apologized for the confusion and rearranged his schedule to be back early soon after. He was right on time and completed the job well. Very pleasant people to deal with. more

heating oil furnace breakdown 1/12/2019

RT from ccac diagnosed furnace as a dead spot in the burner motor.it was properly diagnosed and I have not had a problem since.he also gave me very good suggestions on maintaining my oil tank.EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE!if you have an oil furnace,he's the man! more

Central Carolina Air Conditioning s maintenance program includes cleaning coils on condensers and drain lines, chemical cleans of outdoor units, calibrating and balancing thermostats, washing and replacing filters, and waxing outdoor units.
