Great job. Thanks. I was a little worried when I read all the reviews but there are not many options in town. I took my Droid Razr Maxx in there today because the power button was broken. The guys in the store were very nice. They had my phone fixed in about 20 minutes. I paid them with a card and they emailed me the reciept, which I had before I even left the store. more

people dont know nothing about technology these days just beacuse you do your research on youtube or google dousent make you a profesional it takes a real job to know one, we are not snakes or thiefs we are a regular company trying to make a better living just like the rest of you. WARNING....DO NOT USE THIS PLACE NEVER. I took my phone there. when they gave it back to me did no work anymore. I ask the for a my money back. I was right there showed it to the guy and he said that i did something wrong to it in front of his eyes. I asked to give me a receipt and to write down what he fix. he started yelling at me and threatening to call the police. later on my wife called to asked him what kind of work he did on my cell he told her that I was a liar and maybe cheating on her.What kind of people is this. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. NEVER. more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I took my Iphone here to replace a bad screen. When I got it back it did not charge and the home button did not work. I went by every day with the promise it would b e fixed the next day. Was finally given phone and said fix. The battery was dead and still would not charge. I took back and same story again. After two weeks got phone back. it fired up and when I asked if charging was told yes. I asked them to show me and was told they did not have charge cable available. Took and home and guess what. No charging and home button not working. I also finally took off screen protector and for glass all scratched up. Took off back panel and found not same phone i gave them They just exchanged mother board into different phone. I had placed drop of nail polish to make sure I got same phone back. Would not fix and not give money back. So please send your phone back to the factory. Not worth the time and frustration. more

The address is wrong on the web there by value village in kennewick by the mall. Anyone that can bring an iphone back from the dead that has been in a Koi Pond for the last year has my vote. Anyone that truly puts themselves out there has to charge more. From what I gather from all the references I have received you have a few options in the Tri for cell phone repair. But only 1 choice that can be trusted. I took the time to write a positive review because these guys went above and beyond. They have as much overhead as the rest of the business's in town.......what do you expect FREE? Yes you can get your knock off parts off amazon or EBAY. If so do it and quit your b*****n. CELLULAR 911 save both my iphone 4s in under and hour. Once again the phone had been under water for over a YEAR! If you choose these guys please take the time to review. As I stood there waiting for my phone's I saw nothing but happy customers. Sounds like a competitor has a problem with these guys to me..... more

My iPhone recently stopped working I went into the store to see if they knew what was wrong and could fix it. I explained that the phone would only turn on when plugged into a power source. The employee then tried pressing the power button and says (it doesn't turn on) Let me explain further! IT MUST BE CONNECTED TO A POWER SOURCE!!! it works perfectly when plugged in but the second you unplug it the phone turns off. He said it sounds like a mother board problem. it wouldn't work at all if it was! then he said it was a battery problem and a mother board problem. he quoted a repair price of $270.00 to fix it. I quickly replied NO! went home purchased a $12.99 iPhone tool kit took off the back of the iPhone tightened the battery connector and the phone works perfectly!!! more

The first time I went in this place of business I felt uncomfortable. I asked a couple questions and they answered them. I went back a few weeks later because they were convenient and I wanted to see if they would be friendlier when I was there to purchase something and not just ask questions. I needed to purchase a new sim card for my simple mobile service. They told me it would be $83. $35 for the Sim card and the balance for the month of phone service. I promptly went back to Lexgo where I started my Simple Mobile service. There the Sim card was $20 and the phone service $40 plus taxes of $3.32. Does that sound to you like these are honest business people? The phone repair company I do use told me they see these guys clients on a weekly basis to repair the phones that these guys break. more

Terrible Experience!! Total SNAKES!! I took my phone into these guys because the space bar while texting was not working correctly. They told us it would take an hour and cost $40. When they were done with my phone it would not connect to the network any more and the phone was useless. My phone had NEVER done this before! I asked for my money back because I needed to buy a new phone but was told they don t return money on services. He showed me what was done to fix my space bar and it took no more than 2 minutes and yet this easy fix that he said would take an hour and cost $40. No way! So now I have a phone that was broken WHILE IN THEIR STORE and they will not return my $40. TOTAL SNAKES!! more

IPHONE 4S LIVES AGAIN! It would not power on nor show any display. What I personally can say about this buisness: ""I received customer service that was not expected from an outside sales co., Cellular 911 far exceeded my needs, when my provider, At&t, said that my warranty was void due to water damage and tried to sell me a phone. The story I researched a local co. called cellular 911 after basically being booted out of At&t. I visited their office and waited under an hour to find all my information still in my phone. 100% working, and me forking some cash over happily. They were friendly and did not try to over sell me like At&t."" Second what I also know is who ever takes the time to leave positive feedback when a person or a buisness helps you anymore. It seems our lives are so disconnected by modern technology that we forget our manners and attack people before chances to get things right. In closing I personally hope this buisness grows. They seem to have a good thing going. I will be back and hope to see them again on my own terms not with a broken phone. They were a joy. more

i went to fix my screen i had the screen he said that h could fix it in 10 min it took 1 week ..they charge me 80 bucks .. i got my phone back both it did didnt work how it supost to also they mes up phone camera so i lost 80 bucks & my phone stil doesnt work ....so if ur thinking about going to fix ur phone in that place just thow ur money use ur phone the way it is .... u will save ur self headache. more

The only way it could have been better was if the repair was free. They said it would be 10 minutes to repair the display on my cell, and it was ready in 10 minutes. He said he guaranteed the work. Easy parking. Pros: Quick, efficient, good customer service more

The owner is down to eart and direct. They fix water damage. My iPhone had a broken screen and they fixed it in under a half hour good as new. They fix any phone any condition any carrier. Pros: Used new and refurbished cell phones and repair Cons: Can take a bit to find the parts needed to fix your phone. more
