I'm so sick of this place. First off Dr. Columbia isn't even that good of doctor, the front desk lady cassandra is about the only person who has any sense, and they mess up your appts!!! You make a cleaning appt 6 months in advance and then the day of they tell you they messed up and you have to wait almost a month to get in again~~~?? BS more

i am actually upset about the person complaining about the $39 dollars.i have a terminal illness and my insurance company dropped me,nice huh?i am grateful as a cash patient i only got charged $39,someone needs to look out for us.so next time you decide to complain about how much your insurance is charged,think about the fact my insurance company has already given me my death sentence.Has yours?By the way i paid $400 four three fillings(CASH) thanfully the office manager worked with me Pros: very compassinate staff more

Great value, Friendly people 6/23/2009

This place had a very friendly atmosphere and very nice people who guided me through my entire visit. The pricing was fair and affordable and they offered financing option for very little per month. It is a one stop shop for anyone who has dental needs!!! After reading these other reviews, I think they went to the wrong place! Pros: Excellent value more

Poor Service and Overcharged 4/23/2009

I called and set up an appointment for my wife to see the dentist. She needed an exam and x-rays. I verified on the phone that they were offering a $39 special which included both services. Great! About a week later I get a statement from my insurance carrier. The White Bridge Road Castle Dental billed my insurance $161 for those services. Call them what you want, liars, cheats or thieves. Pick any other dentist! I gave them one star because I could not give them a zero. Cons: poor service and overcharged more

Castle Dental 7/25/2008

The service was very poor and even though appointment is given, they turn you down after keeping you waiting for long time ( 2 hrs). Even their billing is very wierd with no proper explanation. more
