All the employees are amazing and provide the best care for my pets.

Worst

I brought my black lab male who was one year old, for a neutering. We were told that Dr Siegle would be doing the surgery, but as it turned out he had another Dr do the procedure....

Very hospitable and knowledgeable staff! Been taking my pet pig ""Stuart"" there a few years, helping out with ANY of his needs! Wouoldnt go anywhere else. You won't be dissapointed. more

Highly Satisfied 12/21/2010

My experience has been exactly the opposite of Bill's. I reported a concern and promptly received a detailed and informative response. Their attention to my concern was all I could have asked for and more. I have taken my pets to Cascade for the past 7 years. One is a special needs cat who can present a treatment challenge. Skill, professionalism, and love for their patients are abundant in all the doctors and staff. I would recommend Cascade to anyone who cares about their pets' well-being. more

Male lab incontinence after neutering 10/29/2010

I brought my black lab male who was one year old, for a neutering. We were told that Dr Siegle would be doing the surgery, but as it turned out he had another Dr do the procedure. My boy has been incontinent ever since, after never having an accident even as a pup. We were told that he had an enlarged bladder and were offered no treatments for the problem. We went to another vet and tried testosterone injections with no results. We now have to live with incontinence every day with a two year old beautiful black lab. Very dissapointing. more

Highly recommended??! 10/20/2010

We have enjoyed having Dr. Siegle and his staff as our veterinarian for many years, and will continue to do so even though we live further away than we used to. Everyone there, from the Dr. to his vet assistants and the office staff, is always wonderfully helpful, friendly, compassionate, and caring of our pets. They always go the extra mile to give us great care. They always greet us and our pets like old friends, and we highly recommend them. more

These vets love pets! 5/1/2010

I am very impressed with this clinic. After working with several clinics through rescue, I can honestly say my best experience has been here. I have a rescue pitbull who is scared of going up on the table for exams, so instead, are you ready for this... the doctor sat down to the floor and examined her on her hands and knees! Everything they do is for the animals. I highly recommend this vet clinic; my small and large dogs both love it. Pros: Days they are open, doctors, follow up Cons: Wish they were open later. more

Short of AMAZING! 11/26/2009

I just recently moved to the GR area and was referred to Cascade Animal Hospital by several people at the local dog park. My experiance there was amazing!! The Receptionist were so helpful and they even contacted my old veterinary clinic and had all the information of what my pet needed before I had gotten to my appt. I was blown away to see the amount of clients that were coming in and out, the phones ringing off the wall, and everyone of the staff members smiled and seemed absolutely in control of everything. I was immediately greeted as I walked in. Sitting in the lobby waiting to see the vet, this clinic has several awards posted in the lobby for being the BEST by readers of the local magazine for several years now. When I got into my appointment, the technician was soo informative and was nothing but loving to my Tucker, 5 yr old blk lab. The technician and doctor were sooo kind and polite, by far the best vet experience that i have ever had! My experience was by far amazing, the technicians, receptionist, it all. Pros: Friendly - Loving - Hours - Great service!! Cons: Nothing more

Excellent care and always there? 9/29/2009

We first went there when our dog was suffering from a terminal condition. They were gentle with her and with us as we went through a very difficult decision about her care. We've since taken our cats there and have received the same wonderful care. In fact, they were able to treat a condition that one of our cats had been suffering from for many years. Other vets speculated on what it was, but none could offer any sort of treatment.? more

Purrr-fect for Cats!: 7/14/2009

Once we saw Dr. Anderson, our cats refused to see anyone else. Our kitties really like the cat-friendly environment and the wonderful staff. In addition to the specialty products they carry, I also often come home with a furry mouse or other fun treat for the kitties. Our felines have had dental work, checkups, x-rays, and surgery during the 5+ years they've been patients. I can't say enough good things about it! more

Jersey loves doggy daycare! 7/8/2009

I am very impressed with The Crate Escape's beautiful spacious facilities and large well-supervised play area. Their friendly professionals do a full evaluation of your dog and his habits so they know how to make his stay most enjoyable. What a cool place to leave my dog Jersey for the day! I am so happy with their services. more

Best Vet in Grand Rapids!!! 7/8/2009

If you have pets then you'll understand how difficult it is to find the right vet. It's been a long and bumpy journey but I believe that I have found that vet here at CHFA. Cascade has a very friendly staff that treated my dog Skip very well and gave me great customer service. Dr. Siegle took the time to explain my dog's condition. His bowel problem resolved very quickly with medication given to me and I am very happy with the results. Dr. Siegle's staff also followed up with me the next day with the laboratory results. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a pet. Pros: Friendly staff and hours. Cons: Nothing more

Great Place!!! 3/25/2009

Very good experience. The staff was very professional and truly concerned. The follow up was better than any other veterinarian I have been to. Multiple calls to see how my dog was doing and to make sure I understood instructions. Pros: Service, Knowledge and they care more

Caring Doctors & Amazing service! 3/17/2009

I think Dr. Hoss is one of the most honest and dedicated doctors I have ever worked with. I have been going to Cascade Hospital for about 2 years now. My most recent experience involved my 4 year old Labradoodle having a dental cleaning. Dr. Hoss and her licensed technician Stacey were excellent. They took the time to answer my questions before, during and after the dental cleaning. They even gave us a follow-up phone call when we were home. Thank you all so much! more

Over rated, over priced and just average 4/3/2008

Although they are open 7 days a week, this is just an average veterinary hospital. Nearly impossible to get through on the phone to schedule an appointment, and checkouts are a horror.\r \r Super overpriced for the average services that can be obtained at other veterinary practices.\r \r They PUSH products like crazy and are more interested booking appointments than providing good vet care. more
