Some may use fresh ingredients but the marinara was terrible. I was disappointed by the rave reviews of this place. Their new desserts are ok, smaller portions, but food was over-salted and cheesed. I guess if that is what they are going for they succeeded. Just not my type of place. more

i love carrabbas! they always cook everything perfectly. they are delicious. the bread oils and dips are to-die-for!! perfectly seasoned, georgous set up, nice parking lot. good waiters and waitresses. i suggestion everyone to carrabbas. they treat everyone well. and most important, you don't have to worry about anyone spitting in your food. i love this place. good food! eat up ya'll!! more

Awesome Italian 4/8/2006

I love this place..they offer a huge menu of really amazing Italian dishes, pasta, chicken fish steak and wines..you name it they got it and they do everything perfect. I especially like the bread you dip before you start your meal. This Gainesville resturant in paticular is excellent. The setup is nice and the Hostesses and waiter/waitresses are extremely friendly and attentive to your needs. They are always on top of your drinks and whatever else you may need nomatter how crowded they get which..at times this place gets insane lol especially weekend evenings there is usually a HUGE wait. Overall this is one of the best Carrabbas ive ever been to. more
