I had a very positive experience at CarSense and received fantastic customer service from Cory E. I recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Rav4 from CarSense. He took care of everything-- from delivering the car to DC for me, completely re-painting parts of the exterior that had a few scratches, and sending me brand new carmats for the entire vehicle (all for NO additional charge). I ended up with a fantastic vehicle for a great price. Thank you, CarSense! more

STAY AWAY FROM CARSENSE!!! 5/27/2011

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Not only did they sell us a car that had mechanical issues that they could not fix, after taking the car back, they put it back up for sale so some other sucker would buy it. AND to top it all off, after more than three weeks - they still haven't paid off the loan so technically I'm still on the hook to pay it AND they don't have a clear title - so they couldn't sell it anyway.
