Editorial review from Citysearch 9/25/2013

Rocky loves his days at camp! His humans are very happy to be able to check in on him throughout the day on the webcam and the report cards always make their day! The staff is kind and welcoming and the facilities clean. The reasonable cost makes it a great alternative for a long work week! more

We recently transferred to the LoDo location from one of the Boulder locations. This is a very convenient location when getting to and from work. The staff is friendly and fast, and they love our Maggie. She is always very happy and worn out after a long day of play with her doggie friends. The facility has reasonable rates, and clean facilities. We plan on boarding our pup here over Christmas and I have no worries that the staff won't take amazing care of her. more

Love Camp Bow Wow! We've taken our 4/18/2012

Love Camp Bow Wow! We've taken our dogs here for years, both the Ft. Collins location and now the location in Lodo. The staff is always very warm and welcoming and puts any concerns you may have at ease. My two favorite things about CBW are the Camper Cams and the Camper Report Card. The Camper Cams allow you to see your dog on a live webcam at any time during their stay. I was slightly worried about my hyper puppy being with so many dogs and possibly annoying them, so being able to check the web cams throughout the day put my mind at ease. The Camper Report Cards are a great way to get feedback about how your dog did, who they made friends with.and there overall stay at CBW. I would recommend Camp Bow Wow to any of my friends. You won't regret it! more

Camp Bow Wow LoDo 10/12/2011

I visited several daycares when I first got my puppy, but after interviewing Sammy with Camp Bow Wow, she hasn't gone anywhere else. She loves the other dogs and plays all day!\r \r The staff is always cheerful and welcomes Sammy. The offer great specials, so daycare is affordable. more

Great Boarding for your dog! 7/7/2011

We have been boarding our dog, Bear, at this Camp Bow Wow for several years when we go on vacation and he loves it! Bear has so much fun playing with the other dogs and is ready to just sleep when we pick him up. \r \r The people there are great and extremely helpful and friendly. The place is also really clean and you can tell they really care about the dogs. We are confident that he will be safe and has never come home with any injuries or problems due to the secure and watchful environment. more

Best Daycare in Denver! 5/1/2011

I have taken my puppy to several day cares and she has never come home happier or more worn out! It was great for her and great for me. When I first walked in, I was greeted by a very energetic and sweet girl. Then my puppy was brought back for an interview and I was able to watch the whole thing on their web cam. The staff was very informative when letting me know how the day would be for my pup. I felt extremely comfortable leaving her there all day. I felt like I just dropped her off at one of my friends'. There are also several day cares within just a few miles and I would recommend Camp Bow Wow LoDo over all of them! \r \r Thanks for being so great with my puppy! more

Excellent Doggy Day Care 3/31/2011

My dog and I absolutely LOVE Camp Bow Wow Lodo! The staff are so friendly and helpful. They take really good care of my dog while I'm at work. And I know she's safe, happy, and getting plenty of exercise! They also did a great job watching her after she got spayed. I had to go back to work a couple of days afterward and I knew she would be in good hands. Thank you! more

Great for High Energy Dog! 3/6/2011

We bought the 10 day deal on zowzee and used Camp Bow Wow for Day camp for the first time this past week. Our high energy dog loved her stay and was pooped in the evening. Perfect! We were able to watch her online on the dog cam. She was definitely having a good time and interacting with other dogs. She was well taken care of. Well worth the money and I recommend it to anyone who needs their dog to have some play time during work hours. more

The best 2/15/2011

We've been taking our dog here for a couple years now and he still gets as excited as ever when we pull into the lot. He comes home tired and sleeps so we can either relax or go out for the night and not be given the pathetic ""you're leaving me?..."" look. We don't worry about a thing when he's there. It's very clean, well staffed, and the other dogs are healthy - they do a great job pre-screening and keeping up to date on shots, etc. I think their grooming/bathing services are a great value. He's got a lot of fur and takes a lot of time to groom/bathe and I've never found a significantly better price, and you know that unlike most groomers you don't have to worry about him sitting in a cage until you pick him up. Let's be honest - dog day care costs a few bucks, but the biggest compliment I can pay Camp Bow Wow is that despite the cost, I never regret dropping off the dog for the day (which we do 2 times a week at least). It always feels like money well spent. more

Dog Loves It 1/10/2011

We take our dog here twice as a week, because, as two working adults, we are concerned that we don't get her enough exercise. She always comes home happy and exhausted (that's a good thing). We have tried several other camps in Denver, and we decided on this one after a few test days. Dogs have a way of telling you whether they like a place or not -- our dog now recognizes Camp Bow Wow LoDo and gets excited before she goes in. We had taken her to another place before we tried this one and on the second day she was scared and growled at the guy at the front desk -- our dog is not a growler. We didn't take her back -- and good thing! Here, most of the camp counselors know her by name now and I always feel good about leaving her there for the day. Hovey is a sensitive dog but she feels right at home at Camp Bow Wow LoDo! I've also been impressed by the staff -- they're very professional and customer-service oriented. They also send out great coupons every now and then! The Doggie Cams are pretty cool too -- I don't necessarily watch them, but the fact that they have them means that they're good to the animals. They will also feed your dog lunch (a big bonus) for free if you want them to. We've used their bath services a couple of times -- it's $38, which I think is a bit pricey (the camp bow wow in boulder was only $15 for a bath), but they seem to do a good job and she smells good when she's done. Overall, a great place! more
