They were professional and good about communicating with us and showing up in time, all of that was fine. This is the second time I've used them, so you know. We are satisfied enough with them that we keep on going back to them when we need this type of service. more

The guys over at C Coakley Relocation Systems did a really good job with moving us recently. The guys who moved us were on time and very friendly which made the whole experience more comfortable. I was really impressed with the vast amount of preparation work that they did in order to protect the walls and floors of our place. They worked quickly and efficiently and all of our stuff was left in perfect condition when they were finished moving us. They just did a really good job and we would definitely use them again. more

The overall customer service from C Coakley Relocation Systems was very good. They were pushing through as fast as they could. They were writing down on the side of the box what the main contents of the box were, but I thought they could have coordinated that with me a little better. In many cases, by the time I got to the box and saw what they had written down, I could see that it wasn't entirely accurate. However, their prices were quite competitive. The price was lower than the others and they kept to the price estimate very accurately and carefully. Maria coordinated the project, and she was excellent in her communicating. She was always prompt in getting back to me and she seemed very concerned about my interests. Overall, C Coakley Relocation Systems is very professional and easy to work with. more

C Coakley Relocation Systems was the agent for Arpin Van Lines so they came out and brought extra tape, brought boxes when we asked for them and everything showed up when it was supposed to. The staff was kind, courteous and was very easy to get in touch with someone when I had questions or a need for something. I can't remember the agent I was working with now but he was very good. He was always available to answer questions, even when I texted him with something he was pretty quick to respond. I would definitely recommend them. more

C Coakley Relocation Systems moved us across country. Their prices were much less expensive than the other companies around the area. There were 2 crews, they were professional, prompt, neat and friendly. However, the only downside to the crew who packed our belongings was that they didn't properly label the boxes, so it makes it very difficult to locate our things - we're still looking for certain things. Although we can't find our things easily, if we had to use a moving company we would probably use C Coakley Relocation Systems again. more

C. Coakley Relocation Systems helped us wrap and move almost an entire home's worth of items. One person came to do the packing, and then there was a crew that came to help with the move. They charged by the size of the crew, which I liked. I was happy with the crew that helped. They were professional and careful. They managed their time well and worked efficiently. There was no damage to any of our items. It was fun! more

C. Coakley Relocation Systems broke our table. They compensated us for that of course. They also put parts in a box but didn't label it as a parts box. They put a lot of paper in boxes -- I was kinda surprised by that. I'm an old mover, so I'm probably a little more fussy. They were late delivering, but the guys who delivered did a good job. more

I moved from Wisconsin and C. Coakley Relocation Systems was there for every need including free boxes that Bob delivered himself. I had some other needs that came up and he took care of those as well. They were prompt and the people who packed my things were excellent. I didn't have to touch anything and everything got packed extremely well. There was no damage when things were unloaded. I had an opportunity to meet the driver and he was excellent. Prior to departure, I received a phone call walking me through everything and asking me if there was anything else I needed. The whole experience was very gratifying. more

From the very beginning, C. Coakley Relocation Systems was thorough, prompt, and very detailed in their work. This was my first time moving and I appreciated how informative they were about how to pack properly and how long it would take to pack and unpack everything. When Bob and his nephew came to move us, they were incredibly thorough; everything was padded, secured in a box, and labeled before going into the moving van. I especially appreciated the level of detail they gave to packing our canoes and kayaks as securely as possible for the move. They really took the time and effort to help us pack and unpack all of our belongings and their attention to detail was just excellent. They helped make our first move effortless and smooth! more

From the first time I called C. Coakley Relocation Systems, the person was very thorough about explaining the entire process. They were very honest about costs and very informative. They gave me a call to let me know packers were coming. The packers were on time, friendly, and efficient, and had no problems. The movers were great; the driver who handled both ends was outstanding. He was very informative, he let me know about when he'd arrive, repacked things that needed it, and the crew was excellent unloading and putting things where we wanted them. The contact person from C. Coakley Relocation Systems was very thorough and did a follow-up. The only difficulty I experienced was that we missed the first truck contact to receive the furniture. I had missed the first truck because of a glitch on their end, but it was resolved. I wasn’t in much of a hurry, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall it was a very good experience. I felt very comfortable with the people I had contact with. more

I hired Coakley Relocation Systems for a big move, and I don't have a lot of experience moving, but it went just fine. I had no assistance- I'm a bit of a lone wolf- and I had a pretty large house, so I packed everything myself and I was doing everything. I wasn't quite ready when they showed up- maybe they caught me shorthanded, or maybe I just wasn't on tjhe ball- but they helped me pack up. The personnel who did the loading did me a few extra favors and packed up a few large ceramic pots and some pictures and paintings. They had a very friendly demeanor. The service was very satisfactory on both ends, both with the packing and unloading of the truck. I did spec out three other moving companies, and yes, Coakley was the most economical. They are a conveniently located hometown company, and ! definitely got my money's worth for the price and quality of service. more

I used C. Coakley Relocation Systems for a cross-country move, so there were two parts to the experience: the pickup and the delivery. The pickup went fine, so that part was maybe four or five stars. The delivery part was where it broke down. We were expecting the delivery on the 14th, but they called that Monday and said they could drop it off in a couple of hours. The original driver had left the company, so they had to bring in another driver to complete the delivery. The company didn't even know what had happened to the first driver. The new driver didn't know what was going on. He unloaded the items by himself, and didn't go through and check the items off the list. We ended up not receiving our 52-inch plasma TV. My stuff was on a truck with two other clients' stuff, so maybe they put it in a different compartment and the new driver didn't know. C. Coakley Relocation Systems has filed a claim for us for the TV, but no resolution yet (they just filed it, and I think it takes about ten days.) I have a hard time recommending them for a cross-country move; maybe a local move would be different, but if your stuff will be sitting in a truck for two weeks, I don't recommend it. more

Everything had gone great with C. Coakley Relocation Systems until I started unpacking and found out there were a few items missing. We had bought extra insurance so we filed out the claim for a small bike; it had been a present for my three year old from his grandparents. We are talking about a minimal amount of money, because it was a bike of sentimental value. It was his first bike and this year was going to be his first time riding it. It was not so much the money, but what it meant. The worst is I found out today the claim was denied, even though we followed the directions (like submitting the claim within 48 hrs). I thought the workers worked hard and were great. It was just this follow through that had me disappointed. I don't want to throw accusations because it was a small bike and who know where it is. I've looked through every box and it is not physically in our possession. It is just going to be disheartening to tell my three year old that his bike is gone. more

My husband and I hired C. Coakley Relocation Systems to move us from our apartment to our new home and they did a great job. The truck and its workers arrived on time and were really great about safely handling our furniture and transporting it. However, the only hiccup was that were were supposed to have hanging racks brought out so we could just move our clothes from one closet to another but they didn't have any. It was a minor inconvenience but nothing too big. Also the prices were a little higher than I expected but, then again, I have never moved before so I didn't really know what to expect. Those two things aside, I would use again. more

We hired C. Coakley Relocation Systems when we were moving from Wisconsin to Southern California and they were really good. I liked them so much because they followed everything they said they'd do. They arrived on time, finished on time (actually a little earlier), and came in 3 days faster than the 10 days they had anticipated to make the transport. On top of that, the cost of their fees was really reasonable. If you're moving, especially a long haul move, I highly recommend them! more
