I hired this company to put a pool fence up. Each pole was supposed to have a swivel bracket to support the angle of each fence panel. They failed to install them which caused big gaps where the fence panel met the pole. When I complained they sent a crew down to fix it - they only made it worse by making crooked and jagged cuts in the panels. It looked terrible. Finally after several calls and threatening to hire another company to fix it and not pay them the remaining 50%, Butler sent another crew down who attempted to fix it. They corrected some mistakes from the prior crew but the job was nowhere near the quality of what i would expect from a company that specializes in fencing. I have dozens of pictures of the shoddy work from Bulter Fence and welcome anyone to see in person the shoddy work they did on my pool. My name is Mike Jacobs and I approve this review. The pictures I uploaded were taken AFTER Butler Fence said the job was done. If you want poor quality then call this company so you can say the Butler did it and it won't happen again!
