Jerry was awesome!
I was a dummy and lost my only mail key, so I needed to break into my mailbox (or risk having my roommate punch me in the face if I let our mail sit in there any longer) and then have the lock replaced. I called around to get some price quotes, but ultimately decided on Busy Bees Locks & Keys because (1) their awesome name, (2) the great reviews (mostly on kudzu or whatever that website is called) Jerry received and (3) he came out on a Saturday!
Jerry arrived early (but he courtesy called first to make sure that I was ready for him), he was professional, nice & courteous. The whole job did not take very long at all & he was very good-natured when answering my silly questions. I happened to be wearing my UCSD sweatshirt, so he gave me a student discount which I thought was very nice of him :o) (nevermind that I am no longer a student!)
I highly recommend him for any of your locksmithing needs! I know he does car locks/replacing of car keys as well! (Side note: Apparently if you have a 98-02 Toyota Camry and you lose your key (the kind with a chip) it will cost you $2000 at the dealership to have your keys replaced! Jerry said this was because they will tell you that you need to replace the computer, but he knows how to reset the computer and will only charge you $750! So, moral of the story: make extra copies of your car keys BEFORE you lose any of them!
