Worst customer service I have experienced. You try and support a local store vs. Shopping online and get treated like crap. Never again will I place a dollar into this business. more

Beware of Burlap Bag's online store. It accepts Paypal payments for items that are neither in-stock nor available for backorder. It also appears to be unable or unwilling to refund Paypal payments for said items. The owner, Bob Wilcox of Colorado Springs, falsely claimed that his web administrator would provide a refund. I say falsely because the very same day (5 days after accepting my money) one of his employees confirmed that the website administrator is no longer with the company. According to this employee no one at the company can even access its website or Paypal account. Wilcox has only replied to one email - all others have been ignored - and his one line was a complete. verified lie. I am only sharing this absurd experience so others can avoid falling into the same trap. Even if Wilcox never intended it to be a trap, that is what is has been for me. more

My first visit there recently was a great experience. I was referred there by a friend. I brought a friend visiting from out of the USA country with me and we both were treated very well. The sales people were extremely helpful especially with my friend who did not know US clothing and shoe sizes.They took a lot of time letting us try on different sizes and assisting in finding stuff. I got an excellent deal ona pair womens western boots. I will definitely be shopping there again! more

I prefer to shop at local small businesses before using online retailers, but in this case I won't. The customer service in this store is terrible specifically the attitude of the snobby owner Diane, she treats patrons like they are retards and only puts up with you to take your money. I've read other reviews about how she treats her employees too. I will not support an establishment that opperates like this one!! I also believe that the clothing in this shop are factory seconds but its not disclosed to the consumer, the pants always fit wierd and need to be washed several times to get the stiffness out. Buy from somewhere else. more
