Two Rivers Dental (now doing business as Healthy Smiles - Miguel Burgess is the name of the dentist) went rapidly down hill over the past 4 or 5 years. Appointments were cancelled without notice, a crown fell out, services were rendered without telling the patient that the service would not be covered by insurance and the amount charged was way too much for service provided.\r

Also, you have to wonder about a business that has changed locations 4 times (current space is about half the size of the old space) and then changes its name after the last move after many years in business.\r

Stay away from Healthy Smiles and Dr. Miguel Burgess.
