Thank you for making this experience for my mom so easy! She has had a lot of stress in her life lately, with losing my dad and some of her own health issues. The last thing she needed was to add to that stress, and to be honest, buying a new car is usually a very stressful experience. I appreciate their kind, honest, no-pressure approach and will recommend them to everybody I know that is looking to buy a new car! more

I would like you to know what a Wonderful Employee you have named Theron. I had a flat tire on Sat. and he was busy with a skelton crew but said if I could leave my car he would fix it, I needed a loaner car and that was no problem for him to provide me with. I got to drive the CVS (Beautiful Car ) and I had never driven or been in a Cadillac. My Mom and I Loved Theran he was so very helpful to us and polite and very professional. I wanted you to know what a very nice young Man you have working for you. more

I purchased my brand new 2008 Yukon XL Denali from Brotherton on Saturday and I want you to know how happy I am with not only the vehicle, but with customer service I received from Brandi Miller, She is outstanding and made my buying process easy to understand, less intimidating and fun! She walked me thru each step of the buying process and made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. When it was time to explain all the features in the vehicle, she made sure I knew how each item worked before I left the dealership. I absolutely LOVE my new Denali! Thank you! more

Yesterday my 2007 GMC Yukon was at your dealership to be serviced. I must admit that the ownership experience of this particular truck has been less than stellar. From our purchase at Smokeypoint GMC through our time being serviced at Bellevue GMC, we were continually disappointed! However, in the short time that we have been at Brotherton Cadillac GMC, we have been extremely happy. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to you and your team for having given us excellent service thus far. Additionally I would like to let you know that it was a pleasure to find out that Marvin had joined your team. He previously worked at North bend Chevrolet where we service our last truck, a Suburban. Marvin has always given us service that went above and beyond and our service yesterday was no exception. Our truck required service that was not covered by warranty, a not so pleasing discovery on a vehicle with less thank 20k miles. You are very fortunate to have him on you staff of sales consultants. I just had to take a minute and let you know how much I appreciate your service staff and actually all of the folks I deal with at Brotherton. My husband and I have been customers of Gary Brady for the past 5 years or so and have purchased 3 vehicles from him, Obviously we think he's great, since we keep coming back@ He treats us like family and is incredible with our 4 kids. Recently I had an issue with our Escalade on a Saturday and drove it right in to see Theron since I wasn't going to be able to drive it that weekend. He is so accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable and also respectful of my time (or lack of time :]) I have had many bad experiences with service people at other dealerships and I'm so glad I won't have to do it again! Theron makes it easy! When my car was fixed, Theron quickly called to let me know. When I got there to pick it up, Bill Busey was there to greet me. Again, Bill was accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable and funny. I've come to look forward to my visits to Brotherton! more
