Brookdale Animal Hospital, P.A is a full service small animal veterinary hospital and boarding facility located in Brooklyn Park, MN. We offer a variety of medical services in wellness care, medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostic testing and radiology. We also work closely with other specialists for more specific diagnostic testing and surgeries. We work with ultrasonographers, to perform ultrasounds and echocardiograms, as well as board certified orthopedic and soft tissue surgeons for more specialized surgical procedures. Most of these surgeries and procedures are routinely performed right here in our hospital by the specialist, however, a small percentage of surgeries (thoracic surgeries) are performed at another location. We perform most of our blood testing (full blood chemistry, liver profiles, bile acid testing, complete blood counts, preanesthetic screening), parasitic screening (heartworm, tick borne diseases and intestinal parasites) and testing for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency (FIV)virus right here in the hospital. This allows us to get immediate test results so we can address sick patients in need of immediate treatment.
