Everyone should stay away from Bristol Station and any RMK Management properties, unless you want a horrible experience like mine.\r

Months after moving out, I received a notice from them with a page full of move-out charges, listing ""problems"" in almost every area of the apartment: kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, totaling almost $500. These range from stove-top stain to bathtub stain to blind, etc., which is a load of crap because I spent a whole day cleaning the place and making sure everything was in good shape before moving out. (It was probably cleaner than when I first moved in.) I demanded to see the evidence and was sent photos of a perfect-looking blind as well as some tiny marks on the carpet. No photo of the rest of the ""damages"". When asked what's wrong with the blind, they of course couldn't give an answer, thus agreeing to take off the blind charge. However, they refused to do anything with the rest of the charges and insisted that they would have to replace the whole carpet just because of some tiny stains. I decided that I had enough with this BS and paid them almost $400. \r

I have been renting various places for the last 15 years and never charged a dime since I always take good care of them due to my allergies. I in fact hire maid service to do the cleaning regularly. It's a shame that Bristol Station claims to be a luxury apartment, charges a huge rent amount and still employs this kind of dishonest nickel-and-dime tactic. Management can appear to be nice, helpful and care about you when they want you in, but it's a different story when you move out. Funny how they told me they wish to have me back in the future. Yeah right, I doubt it.
