Quick response, on time for appointment, courteous, professional, friendly gave a thorough and easy to understand presentation. Not yet sure if I am going to rent my house out but if I do I will definitely go with Brickleys. I called 3 different companies and they were the best by far. more

It was easy to set up an appointment at my convenience. Tim answered all my questions. Even tho I wanted to sell the property, our tax advisor said to turn it into a rental for a few years. The fact that they do a criminal background check in all 50 states of prospective tenants impressed me! more

Just met with Tim as I may be renting out a property and needed to know rental rates for the area. Tim was great with lots of good insights and info. He came prepared with listing packet, etc. Brickleys has a great Angies List rating and that's why I called Tim.... more

I contacted Brickleys Property Solutions and received a return call the same day. They arrived for the appointment punctually and answered all of my questions, though I kept interrupting Tim's train of thought. Very friendly and professional people, not a hint of shadiness about them (unlike other agencies). Fees are all explained up front and are very reasonable. more

After my rental was transferred to Ammre and I had lived there for over 6 years the property I was renting was switched to Brickleys. I had already moved out, but what a nice bunch of people to deal with after the fact. If I am ever looking again for a place to rent I will be sure and check them out. more

Excelent Outfit to deal with 9/13/2012

Just a day prior to accepting "Brickleys Property Solutions" I had been thinking of dealing with a local company however, after loseing a few nights sleep over the dealings with them I was confronted by "Nick" and immediately my blood pressure felt better.
