OUTSTANDING!!!!!!! 1/29/2014

WOW!!!!!!!!! WHAT AN AMAZING COMPANY!!!!!!! We have never been so impressed by a company and the speed and professionalism is bar-none the best my husband and I have seen in a LONG time!!! We can't stop telling people about our mailbox!!! It looks amazing!!! They installed it quickly and neatly!!! The foundation is great and will not fall over (unlike the builder grade unit that was with our house when we bought it)!!!! Thank you Brick Doctor!!! more

Brick Doctor's work on the existing residence I was renovating was well worth the money! They did a fantastic job of bringing all the brick and stone over here in a timely manner. They called before they came, then called after everything to follow up with me. Great stuff! more

Outstanding work 10/2/2013

Brick Doctor repaired a number of cracks in the brick mortar of our home and I would defy anyone to identify any of the repairs that they made. The repairs match the original mortar exactly. Outstanding work and very professional employee. more

MATCHING COLUMNS - GOING THE EXTRA MILE 9/27/2013

I decided to replace my existing wood fence with a wrought iron one and in doing so decided also to erect a new brick column between two existing ones. After working with 2 other vendors, I called the Brock Doctor. Michael went above and beyond to get "just the right brick" to match my existing brick. I was humbled by his tenacity and attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with the end product! more

Thorough, honest evaluation and completely satisfying results 9/12/2013

I had a representative from Brick Doctor do an evaluation at my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I asked him, "What would YOU do?," and he gave me his honest opinions. It was a very good initial visit. Kenny and his assistant were the craftsmen who came to do the actual repairs. They repaired everything and made sure to get everything to match the original appearance. After the project, which only took a day to complete, I couldn't even discern what was new and what wasn't. After getting the evaluation and seeing the finished product, I am extremely pleased. The repairs, of course, were not cheap, but it was well worth the money spent. more

Brick Doctor was mostly just cleaning up the brick on our house. We've lived here a number of years. You couldn't even tell any work had been done; it just looked great. My husband spoke to the gentleman who did the work and said he did a great job and really tried very hard to match everything up. We were very pleased with the work. more

Extremely professional workmanship & craftsmen 1/18/2013

I hired brickdoctor to replace two brick pillars/mailbox at my residence. The job was to match the previous work, which was complex with brick quoins, cast stone caps, colored mortar, concrete footing etc. I am picky, as I have a 6 yr degree in Architecture and worked for over 40 years in architectural engineering with brick. Brick doctor mason lived up to their reputation as professionals and gave me exactly what I required in a timely fashion. Mortar joints are beautiful, mason came by and cleaned brick and joints a week after the finish to remove any final soiling with a brush and solution as good masons do. Highly recommend this company for quality masonry work, they use craftsman in masonry. more

I cannot believe the profesionalism demonstrated by a true craftsman mason, your employee W.C.. His dedication to his craft and the detail he exercised in completing the work far exceeded my expectations. I doubt many others come close to his skill level. I might add that the estimate cost was fair and the detail drawn out by the project manager was exactly what existed before the work was done. I am extremly pleased. more

Exceeded my expectations by a long shot. 11/14/2012

This is why it pays to use a professional, well established company. Michael who did the work went above and beyond what I hoped for. I literally could not see the repair, which is the highest compliment I could ever give. The fit and finish combined with his amazing ability to match my existing mortar made this repair seamless. He was also able to use all of my original brick and repaired some that had been damaged, rather than take the easy route and find "a close match". I will use them again and I will highly recommend them to anyone. more

Excellent Service 10/24/2012

Brick Doctor did an amazing job on my town home. Manager Phil Strzinek did a thorough estimate & also provided me some excellent guidance on brick repair & maintenance in the Texas climate. The work was impeccable & my town home looks amazing. The cost was much less than I expected, but I would've paid more for this quality of work. I highly recommend them more

Philip Strzinek was professional in his work and knowledge in giving me a bid on the work involved. Also, there are not enough accolades to express my satisfaction with Kenny Wall. He performed the work involved in a timely manner and was very professional also. His knowledge and demeanor were very appreciated, and he should be singled out for his excellent job. In summary, both of these guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional in their jobs. Also, Liesl was very helpful on the phone, and processed everything I needed. Appreciated all three of these people very much!!! more

Outstanding job on rebuilding the chimney 8/14/2012

Fabulous job rebuilding my brick chimney from the roof line up. Dan was great at coming out to do the estimate and answer all my questions. The workers were top notch! They completed all the work in 1 day and the best part was when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they had been there. They cleaned up all the mess and left nothing behind. How many contractors do that? My neighbors have even commented on the new brick chimney. Thanks Brick Doctor! more

Excellent Service - End to End 7/20/2012

I recently purchased a 14 year old house and needed to fix voids in the mortar and patch post tension cable ends. It was a pleasant experience, end to end. From a very competent Project Manager (Jerry Hall) to a great brick repair person (Cliff Robinson). I highly recommend this company. more

Professional, quality work 4/9/2012

I had some bricks on my patio that I couldn't get anyone to fix, until I found Brick Doctor. They came out to see my patio and also to fix some cracking in the mortar on the bricks of our house. They finished and did a professional job-you couldn't tell they had even been there. There were no leaks when they finished and they came out quickly, and got everything done. I will use them again if I have a problem with bricks or want new work done. It was not a real big job but they came out and did it-other companies wouldn't because it was too small a job. They were very courteous too! more

Excellent job, polite workers 3/12/2012

I had a brick planter on the front porch and the bricks had fallen apart and broken off over time. I called and made an appointment with Brick Doctor and they were able to fix the whole big planter in a day. I had a very hard time finding someone I felt comfortable doing the work and these guys did an excellent job. I even wrote them a letter after working on my porch, saying the man who came out did the work well. He came out and was nice and polite. He came when he said he would and as a person who works and has a busy schedule that is very important to me. I am very happy with their work. more
