This guy heads up the Wage Claim Unit which is a group of hispanic shrieking harpies who abuse the public when they come to them for assistance in getting their pay from employers who do not pay. The Unit treats the public like they are dirt, led by an idiot named Izzy Simpson who regularly abuses her clients on intake and tells them that they cannot be helped. She never returns her calls and when she does yells at her callers in Spanish (neither of her managers speaks the language). Files are regularly lost or mismanaged in this unit, but the public is supposed to appreciate the service because it is free. This is the same outfit that shredded the workmens comp files that were in the news a year ago where the judges admitted to the shredding but got off scott free (making 155k per year for the pleasure). This guy Asay mails the files that are backlogged to himself and then takes care of them at home. There are regular file search parties because no one can find anything and he tends to hire hispanic, young and dumb so he can run a herd of women instead of manager a group of adults. What a loser. Take your chances with the District Court and send the labor commission the bill for your filing fees stating that their gross incompetence forced you to file elsewhere.
