I love this place! It is an old school, warehouse style boxing gym with all of the equipment you need to do any desired exercise. Although, the boxing classes are great, you don't have to box. From the cardio equipment to the weights to plenty of floor space, Coach Halbert has created an awesome atmosphere where I as a female feel just as comfortable as the men and even the younger kids in the gym. You will definitely sweat when you workout at BRC. Don't expect to be pampered because this is not your mom's gym, it is a place where people work hard and work out even harder.
Pros: Awesome & knowledgable trainers! Upbeat attitudes & great motivation!
Cons: No A/C in the Summer--so dress light; No heat in the Winter--so bundle up!
