Three tenants stated they started charging gas at $65.00 and $75.00 a month and they still have to use their stove to heat the apartment. They did not even use the heat for May 2007 but they are being charged for gas anyway.\r

The lease says they can charge what they want come into the apartment when they like (eg leave a note, LEAVE IT ON THE DOOR).\r

They did not fix this one lady's blinds and she paid $75.00 to find out it was just a tangled up cord. They refuse to paint a wall where the person lived there for over 3 years. \r

Evidently the managers changed the buzzers in the apartments. When they changed the buzzer they only drywalled and plaster the area of the old one and refuse to paint until the person moves out.\r

They raise the rent every time they renew there lease and 4 people have moved out but they do not get the deposit back. The landlord state there is some type of damage even though the person's friend has pictures showing the apartment was fine. The basement floor peels off and leaks and when they tried to report the apartment the Farmington Hills department does not come out but tells you to work it out with them.\r

I will not be renting this place. Poor service but they increase the rent.
Pros: Next to a hospital
Cons: Management refuse to repair, prorates the gas bill when someone may not use the gas at all.
