Chuck was fantastic. He is the sole reason we bought from your store. We had a poor experience with another sales lady in your store earlier that day. She was not very friendly. Chuck was the exact opposite. I will buy furniture from him and your store again as I am a repeat customer already. more

"The two sales persons I visited with at your Amarillo store were very nice and eager to help. The two young men that was sent to Pampa to deliver my bedroom set was also very nice. Just little things like that really affect your sales and what your patrons tell other people. Thanks" more

"I was in you Lubbock store on 10/26/2008 the sales associate her name was Angela was very nice. Did not push me in any way. She gave me time to look on my own. I had been to several furniture stores in Lubbock and I hate pushy sales people. I so injoyed coming to your store. I was there just to get some ideas but because of Angela and your great prices I have decided to buy next wk. I did not want to finance but did not have a large amount of money to spend at once but Angela told me I could put 20% down and pay it out with in 30 days. That worked great for me. Thank-You Angela!! Give her a raise!!! Please keep her on your staff and I'am wanting to re-furnish my 3 bedroom home one room per month. She will be the first person I ask for when I arrive!! I'll come back and bring friends with me!!!| more

We are so happy with your product, and the way we were treated, as we might not be your normal customer's (biker appearal) we were treated like we had an endless amount of funds to spend.
