I could not possibly be happier with Blue Spruce. I had been looking for a car to replace my 1996 Toyota Camry which was basically falling apart around me, when I found a Prius at Stevinson Toyota that I really liked, upon arriving, we were instantly pounced upon by the high pressure sales people, and come to find out, they had already sold the car I was interested in. Later that afternoon, my parents stumbled upon the ad for a 2007 Prius at Blue Spruce. Unlike the high pressure sales people waiting to descend at the other dealerships, they were able to peruse the lot for a little bit, before a salesperson engaged them. They were able to take a test drive, and after seeing pictures I fell in love with the car. On Monday morning I arrived around 8:30 and even though they didn't open until 9, they were nice enough to let me in and receive my check. A couple hours later I had test driven the car, and Andy set about getting us set up with financing. Boy, let me tell you! If you're looking for someplace where you'll be made a priority, this is it. Andy searched around through many different options, and credit unions to get us the best possible deal. Fast forward 24 hours after I took delivery of the car, I went out that morning to head off to an appointment, only to find that my car wouldn't start at all. I called Blue Spruce and the IMMEDIATELY got someone on the road to me (No small jaunt as I live in Northglenn) they left me with a loaner car and took the Prius back to the dealership. The next day after completely inspecting the car, come to find out I had left the lights on overnight...Genius. I came and picked up my car, and everyone was so helpful to make sure we knew exactly what I had done, and how to make sure everything was off (Prius has a bit of a learning curve.) By the end of my experience everyone knew me by name, and was SO kind. Theres very very few places out there that really truly care about their customers, especially when it comes to car dealerships. These guys are the real deal, no smoke and mirrors, no BS. Just honest, simple, caring customer service. As long as Blue Spruce keeps its doors open, I can't imagine going anywhere else for any of my car buying needs. You just can't get any better.
