Ok so i had my car impounded. I know huh. Well any how. I called for a price for the impound and it kept changing. He would ignore my request to come get my vehical and then try and charge more everytime. I called several times and he refused to show up. So everyday the storage fee kept going up. I finally get there to get my car and half my stuff was missing. This douche stole my stuff!!!! Do not ever deal with this looser. I also spoke to an apparent customer during one of my visits to his dump. That person was getting the exact same treatment. This person some how had the bad idea to buy a car from this reject and never received the title. When that person did, it was for a car that wasn't even the one they had purchased. So I am sure he got screwed as well. And lets talk about the towing yard. This place was a mess. I am sure there are mass EPA violations going one here. I can't believe my car was held here. Then I check my car and someone had damaged it. When I called him on it he told me to ""F"" off and threatened me with bodily harm. I mean really? I am debating whether this ass even had the right to tow my car in the first place. So then I read the reviews here and do my own digging. And what did i find? Exactly what number1dad found. This guy owes money to everyone omg. Criminal background the whole nine yards. I can't believe anyone would give a business licence to this rip off artist. I am sure if anyone posts a good review here it is probably the owner himself. I hope someone puts this douche out business. Pros: Nothing this guy is a looser Cons: everything more

The young man that towed my car was great. He was helpful and friendly plus very professional. It didn't hurt that he was good looking ;) Pros: great truck driver more

This company was fantastic. I had a car towed and was able to pick it up from them the next day. They made sure that my personal belongings were well taken care of and handled my vehicle with the utmost care. The Owner in my opinion was very professional and treated me with only respect and kindness and I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for exceptional service. Upon having possibly the worst customer service experience ever, I decided to check this business out a little bit more. Which lead me to find out about the owner/operator. Pros: I will never have to use his service again... Cons: Possibly the most unsavory businessperson in Utah more

I called up to get my car out of their towing lot the man would not give me his name or his supervisor was extremely rude i asked for the owner he said yeah sure i am the owner lied to me about submitting my car to take over the title the day prior to my call then said yes i could come pay to get it out and that he didnt submit it if I had the money to get it out. He insinuated that they sabotaged my car and that it wasn't worth paying to get it out do not go here and tell everyone you know not to go here either this is the worst place of business on the face of the planet Pros: never having to go here again Cons: knowing that a place of business like this has not been shutdown more
