Wonder why they are still in business 10/5/2011

The customer service at this place is terrible. We had placed an order and could barely understand anything that they were saying. When we asked them to repeat our order they kept saying 45 minutes good bye. When the food arrived the delivery driver was very nice but the order was completely wrong. When I had called back to try and resolve the issue I could barely understand the manager. The end result was us getting stuck with the wrong order and no resolution to our problem. Next time we wont order again. more

West Valley City Big Daddys Suck 9/4/2011

Well Big Daddys suck.. they use to have really good pizza and garlic bread sticks.. we got the garlic cheesy bread sticks and they yuk yuk yuk... really greasy no garlic and burnt.. and we asked if they would bring the replacement to us. they said only if you buy something other then that. I said wtf... i just spent $35 and you want me to spend more. they just lost a customer.. think 2s before you go there. and there pizza has gone down hill too more

They have some pizza ok,but over all service is terrible and they are lying about availability for delivery,because in advertisment it says,24/7,but when you go there,it says only two stores are making delivery after 12.Also if you do not order anything over 15 bucks,then delivery will not take a place.Stuff does not speak english,mostly and only one man is nice on phone.They do not deliver after 3 am I think in any area.So,avoid pretty much.SLC has no pizza after midnight yet!! more

Bad attitude, poor quality 6/30/2010

The food we ordered was late being delivered. The driver that showed up was stoned and smelled of pot. It was comical to watch. We called and complained and the manager was not very helpful and basically blew us off. Needless to say the experience was not one I want to repeat. Save your $ go to Lil Ceasars 6/25/2010

3300 s 300 e Me and my husband ordered delivery it come very late and the food was not hot. I called to complain and the manager was very rude and refused to help me. I had my husband go in the store the second time to get pick up. They advertise ready to go but I waited 20 minutes and the food was old and i did not eat it. Rip Off! 4/26/2010

We ordered a pizza from the Kearns/West Jordan branch this past weekend, as it was the only place opened. I have ordered from them once before, and they were alright. Overpriced, but I wasn't complaining for the time they deliver to. Pros: Open all night Cons: Pizza isn't the good, overpriced, drivers rip you off more

GREASY! 9/5/2009

Dominoes sad to say is a step up from these guys, unfortunately there systems were down and I had to call these guys instead since no one else was open at midnight. Took them 25mins which was the only pro. The Ingredients, specifically the cheese is sub par, plastic cheap tasting. By far the worse thing is the Grease. There was literally and inch of grease in the cardboard box with my Cinna sticks and you could taste all the grease that has been soaked up by the pizza. Bad Service, Overpriced 8/18/2009

They put me on hold for 15 min, then the guy was very rude on the phone, rushed me, then it took an hour and half to get my pizza, the driver was rude, and the pizza was cold....Thanks big daddy, never ordering from you again. Once you have their Coronary Meat Lovers you are hooked. Primo deliverey and we stop at least twice a week for their ready to go BBQ chicken and Garlic Cheese Bread. We will never go little again but always BIG! Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: What are the drawbacks? more

Best cheese bread I've ever had! Pizza is really good as well, so many different pizza ingredients that dominos and pizza hut don't offer! Plus they deliver at 2:00 am when you get that craving for some pizza! more

FALSE ADVERTISING 2/18/2009

The pizza is good--better than most in the valley--but the service is HORRIBLE. Five times now we have tried to call after 2am (since our shift is a graveyard shift and we're here from 10:30p-8:30a) and NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONES!!!! I tried all night long to get someone--finally around 10:30am, a girl answered and told me they close from 4am-10am. If that is the case, they shouldn't advertise that they are open ALL NIGHT LONG. I believe the posts saying that they delivered at 5am are from the owners or employees because that has never been the case, and we order from them frequently. If they would just answer the phones during the night, and deliver all night like they claim, this would be an epic dining choice. Pizza is always good, no matter what time of day or night. They have a 36"" pizza (combo) that is really delicious. One time, there was a misunderstanding on my order and I was given a discount from the SLC store (Andrew). No other complaints other than they just don't answer the phones after 2am...at least, that is my experience. Pros: great pizza--good delivery service Cons: they don't answer their phones after 2am more

Sweet delivery program, ok pizza 2/28/2008

Pizza is decent, i would say pretty standard...nothing impressive, but...They really have a good thing going with the all-night delivery! I have been a bit grossed out by the garlic bread. The cinnamon sticks, when they are delivered at least, are really underwhelming as well and consist of a oval like, loaf of sweet-ish greasy bread topped with a half inch of sugar. The mozarella sticks are ok, not like anybody makes their mozarella stix in-house anymore, it's all frozen and deep-fried, but yeah they're all right. The delivery service is great though, and best of all they deliver directly to my dorm at the U. more
