Big Al's showed up on time, took great care to protect the house and the piano (it was raining) and managed to get it to the second floor of our new house without incident, depite having to negotiate a narrow stairwell and landing. I highly recommend Big Al's Movers. They were timely, careful, and considerate. Ben, Jason, and Jay made it look easy while taking the utmost care with all of my furniture items. They were attentive and attached keys to cabinets, etc. and all of the tiny essential items like cords and such made it to their new home. As did I. I am grateful for the help Big Al's provided. I am ranking them highly because i was in the midst of a nightmare move from Las Vegas to Washington and at the last minute the company we hired gave us 3 hours to store the things they had packed for us our they would charge us 10,000 dollars to hold our stuff. My husband searched and found Big Al's Specialty Movers on the internet , as a local company serach. They were able to move us the same day and they were able to help us in that really tight spot. When they got here you could see that they honestly cared for our things in a way the other company didn't. They were not tossing boxes and you could hear them discussing how to pack everything and make sure things were rearranged so the packing was done properly. They didn't mix clothes with cleaning supplies and dirty things with clean things like the other company had. For our convenience, we decided to transition our move from storage to our new home over 3 days and we had them come out each time. The 8 guys they sent were a great team who split up the work and knew exactly what they were doing. There was no fumbling, and they told me my job was just to stand at the door and direct them where to put the boxes. My 7 year old girl really like them and they appeased her and took the time out to pretend to have a picnic with her. They even unpacked a chair for me without me asking so I could sit and direct them! They took the time to help me through a really sticky situation and took extreme care-I cannot imagine better service in this industry. more

The gentlemen were very professional -and, more importantly for us, were very friendly. They called to alert us that there were on their way (a reminder call the day before, also). The moving of the piano to a friends home while we are remodeling was done with dispatch. Moving the piano up a flight of stairs was without hassle and done safely. This was a last minute rush job. Everyone that I dealt with came through with flying colors; Receptionist Vicki, Dispatcher Beth and the movoig crew consisting of Herman and his sidekick. Big Al's Specialty Movers did a very good job. They packed everything up well. They were courteous, on time, and careful when unloading everything. When they unpacked the beds, which are heavy hospital beds, the wiring was trapped under them. This was our only minor complaint. They were recommended to us by our neighbor. more

How often do you find a service provider that earns ALL five-star ratings from its clents? It was a first for me... I was skeptical. I'm a convert now. I will use Big All's whenever I need something important moved; I will do what I can to spread the word to friends and relatives looking for moving services of all variety if trustworthiness, expertise, customer care that remembers you are an individual with individual needs and concerns.
