I love Best Buy for a lot of things, but a knowledgeable staff is not one of them. Dealt with a kid in electronics that guaranteed me I was buying the right thing...completely wrong! Got home and realized it was the completely wrong thing. People just don't care about being knowledgeable or providing good customer service these days. Just double check before buying anything. more

Great Visit 6/29/2005

On a recent trip to best Buy to purchase a replacement item I was pleased. I was greeted as I walked in the door. I went to the department & got my item. I was not approached by any employees. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no one willing to help me, other than that it was a great visit. more

Need A Computer, electronics, appliances, cd's, games, movies? 6/5/2005

A great place to shop for computer systems, electronics, appliances, cd's, dvd's, and movies. I bought my computer system from Best Buy and I am very happy with it. Ifind everything here what I need for my computer, and can shop for other things at the same time. I like the brand name appliances to low prices. Their staff is really nice and they make sure you as a customer leave the store happy. more
