Jed Nakagami Berliner has provided me with tax assistance the last two years and he has been great and easy to work with. I can't imagine working with anyone else. He has years of experience and he is incredibly knowledgable and professional. I knew right away that he is definitely the person I want helping me with timely and complicated tax preparation. Mr.Berliner was very helpful in helping me with my tax issues. I had the IRS visit my place of business and was very intimidated by them. Mr. Berliner helped with my paper work and communicated with the IRS and made an agreement. I can now focus on my business with no worries. I've had attorneys charge me in the past with no results, If you need help with positive results you need to hire Mr. Berliner. more

Good Lawyer 5/3/2012

My husband and i needed some expert tax services 5 years ago. We contacted Mr Berliner and he was very nice, extremely knowledgeable with the tax laws. Unlike our previous accountant firm. he saved us thousands of dollars and we have retained him all these years. We would highly recoomend him to anyone seeking good, sound, honest help with the IRS. His rates were right inline with any other tax attorney's in this city.\r more

Excellent attorney. I strongly recommend this law firm and the attorney Kenji Berliner to any business owner. He has helped me tremendously in setting up my business. Great advice. Much better than other attorneys and professionals that I used in the past. He has saved me much money and also provided legal advice which has generated sales for me. And very knowledgeable in tax law. Most importantly, his legal fees are very reasonable. He does not upsell and he warns against doing things that would cost in legal fees but would not benefit my company really. Kenji is very honest and hard working!
