Poor Customer Service, Guarantee's are not kept, Very Unprofessional. My daughter and I scheduled and booked a trip for Her May 2012 wedding to a resort in Mexico on the River Maya. We booked this trip 6 months before her Wedding trip. Our group of 12 arrived at the resort and we were given standard rooms not the upgrades we Reserved which cost several $100's extra and were paid to CARRIE, at Bentley Hedges Travel. more

Poor Customer Service, Very Unprofessional 12/13/2011

My wife and I scheduled a trip through Bentley Hedges Travel to Cancun this summer with a number of our friends. About four days prior to travel, we had a death in our family. Around the same time, Carrie, our travel agent, left me a message that she was attempting to get our airline tickets to us and wanted to know the best way of doing so. I called her back and left a voicemail notifying her that due to our circumstances we were not going to be able to travel. I also asked for her to give me a call to so that we could visit about any potential options. At the time I wasn't looking for a refund. I wanted to see if it would be possible to reschedule for a later time or if there were any other possible alternatives. Pros: null Cons: null more
